Production of small series and individual parts for our metal band saws, customized sawing systems, prototypes and partial contract manufacturing

Independent set-up, programming and operation of modern CNC 5-axis large machines with 530 or the latest 640 Heidenhain control system

Quality assurance through regular checks of the workpieces

You have completed training in the field of metalworking

You have experience in working with CNC machines or you would like to gain experience and get to know the field of CNC milling machines

You enjoy working independently in a 2-shift team

You are a manager and responsible for a team of 8 employees

You can independently design, structure and expand the machine sales area with your ideas

You are part of the product creation process and can influence product development

You are responsible for managing the machine sales department and team

You develop and implement strategies to open up new markets

At the site, you will work in close coordination with all departments

You mainly carry out daytime assembly work in southern Germany

As a service technician at MEBA, you will never be bored, because MEBA offers everything from individual saws to complete systems, from manual to fully automatic – simple and complex tasks

Carrying out service and maintenance work, assembly and repair work on our metal band sawing machines, mainly nationally

Commissioning and customer training of our sawing systems at the customer’s site

Independent analysis and rectification of operational faults

You support us with new developments, carry out tests and provide feedback to the development department

Regular in-house training courses are held

You have a completed technical education (electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable background)

You bring knowledge of hydraulics, control technology and electronics with you

You are keen on national and international travel as well as flexible assignment activities

You are customer and service oriented and enjoy working on your own initiative

You have a good command of English
