Eberhard Diener takes over MEBA. With the takeover of shares of the company MEBA by Eberhard Diener, the complete move to Westerheim takes place. Administration and manufacturing are merged. This is followed by the rebuilding of the company, structurally and financially. In 1990, the remaining shares of a British investment and engineering company pass into the ownership of the Diener family. This step also documents the sustained confidence in band saw technology and in the further development of MEBA as a pacesetter in the industry. The product portfolio is being consistently expanded.
