Do you need immediate support from one of our specialists if the worst comes to the worst? Then we have just the right offer with the “Service EXTEND DIGITAL” package with the shortest response time. If you need help promptly, you should choose the “Service EXTEND” package with a target response time < 4 hours working time within the service time. We recommend the “Service CLASSIC” package if it is enough for you that we solve the problem within one working day. Our three-step model with the corresponding structure holds the perfect service for you.
